REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to our products' custom, handmade nature, we can only accept exchanges for products not made to the described product's specifications at the time of purchase, for example, wrong size, wrong colour or wrong personalised name.
If you received a product that was not made with your specific size, name, or colour, please get in touch via email at hello@wildside.ie within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To best deal with the matter, the email should include the following information
Name.
Postal address, email and phone number.
Order number.
Order date.
Date when the order was received.
Description of the product.
Reason for request.
Photos of incorrect product, if applicable.
Once the request is received and if we deem the request an error, we will authorise the request and provide a replacement product.
POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
All products leaving our studio are thoroughly checked. We strive for quality so you may have a positive shopping experience. If you receive a damaged product in its original packaging, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@wildside.ie and we will get back to you as soon as possible - Any emails received after 48 hours from which the order was received, will not be considered for the purposes of this policy.
The email should include the following information:

Order number.
Date when the order was received.
Description of the product.
2 Photos of the reason for return, if applicable.
We package our products with the utmost care to ensure their safe delivery. Damages covered by this policy, are not those that could have been suffered during the shipping process.
